Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to instantaneous cloud resource allocation, API credential generation, and proprietary webhook relay access, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once credentials have been activated.

If a verified cloud-side technical failure prevents webhook routing or license provisioning for more than 48 consecutive hours and our engineering team fails to resolve it, a full pro-rata refund will be issued upon request.

You may cancel recurring subscription billing at any time directly through your Account Console prior to the start of the next billing period.
